Integrate selected core Yoga keys elements -- mulabandha, 7 motions of the spine, core body breathing, mobile pelvic stability, spacious core strength, original movement, intuitive inner alignment, simple sequences for complete joint mobilization, & deep relaxation -- with essential elements of Buddhist practice, including body-based meditation, awareness sequences for intuitive insight, calm abiding techniques for resting in open awareness, making friends with difficult emotions, pacifying a busy mind, and training tips for a strong, flexible consciousness.
