Atma is more than just a name. This word, derived from sanskrit, describes the philosophy of our practice. In order to reach our innermost essence and achieve the highest truest version of ourselves, all we need to do is take the time to tap into the courage, strength, drive, and heart that is already there within us.
At Atma we believe yoga and mindfulness is more than just a feeling or workout. It is a way of working on one’s self, while also strengthening our connection to this community and the world.
Our studio, perched on the top floor of our building, surrounded by trees, and overlooking a stream, makes for a perfect oasis to calm the mind, move your body, and nurture your soul.

Vinyasa means connecting breath with movement. This class flows through sequences that incorporate standing poses, twists, backbends and hip openers. The practice becomes a moving meditation intended to refocus and reconnect mind and body.

Our Children's Yoga & Mindfulness classes introduce the yoga practice in a safe and playful way. We incorporate elements of mindfulness with stretching, balancing, and moving in fun, challenging, and interactive ways.
